HERE IS THE SCOOP :

MAKING THE CALL:
Eats gift certificates are available for sale via the internet 24 hours, starting on Fridays at 2pm or via phone on Fridays from 2 - 5pm (1-866-871-7191 or 1-866-666-5410). Certificates are available until all of the gift certificates are sold.
 
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted, but no personal checks.

MAILING PROCEDURE:
Orders placed on Friday will be mailed out via certified mail early the following week. Certified mail requires a signature for delivery. There is a $3 shipping fee per package, which can include multiple certificates.
 
GIFT CERTIFICATE RESTRICTIONS:
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. In rare cases, restaurants will provide a revised gift certificate for the balance, ask your server about the restaurants' restrictions. Gratuity is never included in the gift certificate, and please tip on the total bill before any gift certificate deductions. Some gift certificates have custom restrictions to them, such as certain evenings you can redeem them, or if they are limited to food only. You can read the restrictions for the week's featured restaurant on the CL Eats webpage each Friday after 2pm.

IF MAKING RESERVATIONS:
To assure availability of a seat at the restaurant, you can make reservations ahead of time, but you don't need to let them know you intend to use the gift certificate.
